Since 1991, Loïc Henri has developed a practice that bridges the French and American legal systems. The firm, Henri & Partners, specializes in international criminal defense, human rights, intellectual property, and business law.

Criminal defense and human rights. The firm represents individuals facing serious criminal proceedings, often within sensitive political contexts. In 2017, in Algeria, Loïc Henri defended lawyer Salah Dabouz and several prisoners of conscience from the Mozabite community, including Kamel Eddine Fekhar and Kacem Soufgalem. 

He currently provides international legal defense for the Algerian journalist Hassan Bouras.

Intellectual property. The firm protects the copyrights of photographers and authors; notably, it secured legal recognition for the originality of a title used for a book on health. Through its acquisition of Pattern Studio—a pattern-making workshop that works with major fashion houses—the firm also possesses deep insight into the creative challenges and counterfeiting issues within the fashion industry. Its efforts to combat the online sale of counterfeit medicines earned public recognition from the then-Attorney General of California, Kamala Harris.

Business law and distressed companies. Between 2011 and 2014, the firm handled several hundred insolvency cases for entrepreneurs on a pro bono basis, as part of an initiative led by Bernard Tapie.

Civic engagement. Loïc Henri is a partner in the "Alabama Combats Trafficking" initiative, an effort led by the Alabama Secretary of State to combat human trafficking.

A Franco-American approach. Loïc Henri is an attorney specializing in U.S. federal law. A member of the Federal Bar Association and several state bar associations, he practices before federal courts (with *pro hac vice* admission in Wisconsin).

The firm assists clients on both sides of the Atlantic, as well as in the MENA region, providing services in French, English, and Persian.
